Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Since some of our products are highly breakable, we use corrugated boxes with organic cushioning to ensure safety. Delivery charges include packaging charges, and only part of the charges are borne by the customer, part of charges are borne by us. Shipping is charged on invoice value as follows – 

  • 0-Rs. 999 – Rs. 99
  • Above Rs. 999 – Free

All Bangalore orders are dispatched and delivered within 4-5 days of order confirmation. Orders for Rest of India are delivered in 6-8 working days from the date of order. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via mail upon dispatch of your order. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail. (The usual minimum and maximum delivery time is 3 and 10 days respectively) 

Return Policy

We have a very flexible and customer-friendly return policy. We try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can. We welcome replacements on the following terms

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
  • you identify quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Note – We request you to make an unboxing video while opening the box/packet for timely resolution of any queries.

Note – No returns will be accepted for items in clearance sale.

In the case of breakage or any transit damage, please send a picture of the product via WhatsApp to the number mentioned below and it will be taken care of immediately.

    Note – The reverse shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer in all cases.

    Return Process

    • Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at sales@sanscraft.com to initiate a return.

    • Please send us images (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for the return. You can send us the images at sales@sanscraft.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.

    • We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, you can send the items back to our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will be initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then be reflected in your bank account.

    • Items purchased as offer/final sales cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.

    Points to remember – The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, accessories, manuals, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.  The product should be unused and in its original condition. 

    Refund Policy

    All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. 

    Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account via the mode of payment

    Sans Craft Studio endeavors to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-
